The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) ensures the security and prosperity of Canada by managing the access of people and goods to and from Canada. The CBSA office at Edmonton International Airport offers services to travellers 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Immigration services are available 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 a.m., seven days per week.

The following CBSA services are available at Edmonton International Airport:

• Airport of Entry(AOE) - authorized airport of entry for clearance of all classes of scheduled and non-scheduled aircrafts (passenger and cargo)
• NEXUS - expedited border clearance process for low-risk, pre-approved travellers into Canada and the United States
• CANPASS Air - self-service kiosk uses iris recognition to verify membership of CANPASS Air members
• Duty-Free Shop
• Immigration - clients can receive a full range of immigration services

The Border Information Service (BIS) is a computerized, 24-hour telephone service that automatically answers all incoming calls and provides general border services information. Find information on CBSA programs, services and initiatives divided into the following categories:

• Coming to Canada
