Buckle up! Your newly expanded US terminal has arrived!
Your comfier, speedier US terminal at Edmonton International Airport (EIA) is now open, Phase 2 of an expansion of a lifetime.
Streamlined US security flow and boarding processes and six new moving sidewalks give you time to relax, shop or dine in comfort before you fly.
No more lugging your bags through Customs... you can drop your luggage at check-in.
With highly visible signage, it's easy to find your way to shopping, restaurants, washrooms or even your gate!
And with Phase 1 Central Hall open as well, EIA is chicer and tastier with 34 new shops and restaurants.
There's more to come!
We have more exciting phases to come:
• New Canada Arrivals Hall - Summer 2012
• Domestic and international lounge - Fall 2012
• Central Tower (for new offices and NAV Canada air control) - Winter 2012
• Courtyard by Marriott, (privately owned) 210-room hotel connected to EIA - Early 2013
Your airport is a destination in and of itself, embodying the EIA brand: we'll move you.
