Storage for luggage, bags, bikes, sports equipment and other small items is available for passengers on the Arrivals level at the Ground Transportation Office. The storage space is locked and monitored, but contents are stored at owners' own risk. Passengers must meet the following requirements to store baggage:

• Boarding card or flight itinerary must be presented to ground transportation staff (Itinerary on BlackBerry is acceptable)
• Photo identification of passengers requesting baggage storage is also required. If photo identification is not available, at least two (2) pieces of identification are required including one government-issued ID
• Non-passenger luggage will not be accepted for storage

The Valet Park Office on the Departures Level also offers free coat storage for Value Park, Parkade Park and Valet Park customers.
