Wireless Internet is available throughout Edmonton International Airport through the pay-for-service Boingo Wireless Network. Most Windows 2000 and Windows XP wireless network adapters automatically find the Service Set Identifier (SSID).

Internet-ready Workstations

In addition to the Boingo Wireless network, 16 business workstations are located post-security in the Departures Holdroom (four in the transborder holdroom). The workstations are grouped in configurations of four - with one computer terminal at each station. The other three stations are Internet-ready for laptop use.

Coming Soon

Four stand-up Internet kiosks with computer terminals will soon be available in pre-security (public) areas - two on the Observation Deck, one on the Arrivals Level near the Information Booth, and one on Departures Level near the Air Canada check-in counters.

The charge for use of the computer terminals will be $4.95 for 15 minutes or $6.95 for 30 minutes.

There is also a computer terminal at the Information Booth on the Arrivals Level that is free of charge (limited to 10 minutes per user).
