Bilingual Customer Service Representatives are happy to answer travellers' questions about the airport and Edmonton-area attractions and events. They are pleased to provide assistance over the telephone, including any of the white information phones located in the terminal building, or at the centrally located Information Booth on the Arrivals Level across from door #7. They also co-ordinate Lost and Found & the prohibited items storage program.
