Lost baggage

If your baggage was lost on a flight, please contact your airline. If your baggage was lost in the terminal, please contact the Information Booth.

Baggage carts

There is no charge for using baggage carts at Edmonton International Airport. They are found throughout the terminal building and parking lots.

Baggage storage

Baggage storage is available for passengers on the Arrivals level at the Ground Transportation Office. Passengers must meet the following requirements to store baggage:

• Boarding card or flight itinerary must be presented to ground transportation staff (Itinerary on BlackBerry is acceptable)
• Photo identification of passengers requesting baggage storage is also required. If photo identification is not available, at least two (2) pieces of identification are required including one government-issued ID
• Non-passenger luggage will not be accepted for storage
