screening checkpoint and to their boarding gate. We encourage
travellers with special needs or parents of unaccompanied minors to
contact their airline directly for more information. Escort
passes are issued by the airline upon check in at the airport. If
using online or mobile check in, please proceed to your airline
customer service counter at EIA to request an escort pass.
Ground

Transportation for passengers with special needs can be
prearranged with Sky Shuttle.
For passengers with disabilities arriving by car, Edmonton
International Airport provides special parking and pick-up/drop-off for people with
disabilities.
Parking
The Parkade Park
has disability parking stalls, spacious elevators and ramps to the
Departures Level.
On arrival, the Value Park attendant can direct you to
disability parking stalls. A complimentary shuttle bus to and from
the terminal is equipped with a wheelchair lift.
Pick-up/drop-off
For short visits, curbside disability parking can be accessed by
driving into the taxi queue and notifying the attendant of your
request.
